Nonprofits are constantly faced with multiple priorities and limited resources. But what if you could focus on what you do best and partner with other organizations for the rest?
The nationwide homelessness crisis is insurmountable for just one organization, so Fresno Mission took a collaborative approach to tackling the problem: by developing a shared campus, bringing together more than 20 different organizations and ministries all focused on meeting people’s emergency needs, providing a pathway out of crisis, and most importantly, operating under a relationship-driven model.
This session is a deep dive into the process of developing those partnerships, the shared benefits and efficiencies those organizations will gain, and how they are messaging these changes to donors and changing fundraising strategy to sustain growth.
Learning Objectives:
Understand the nuances of Transformational Partnerships and how they can be a catalyst for both your and your partners’ organizations
Choose partners that align with your overall organizational goals
Create messages explaining these partnerships to your donors, improve your fundraising strategy, and sustain growth
