Tracy Malloy-Curtis’s fundraising career spans 25 years. With a primary focus on planned giving and major gifts, she has worked with the ACLU, International Rescue Committee, International Planned Parenthood, and other mission-driven organizations.
In 2018, she joined Mal Warwick Donordigital to launch a legacy giving division. She works with clients to build planned giving programs and integrate legacy giving into their overall direct marketing programs. She creates messaging and multichannel campaigns, supports fundraiser training, and conducts original research in the planned giving sector. Her clients include Special Olympics, Oxfam, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Ocean Conservancy, Project HOPE, City of Hope and many others.
Tracy has a JD from Case Western Reserve School of Law and practiced as a securities litigator for several years. She is a member of NACGP, NCGPC, and PPGGNY and is a sought-after speaker about legacy giving. Tracy is passionate about progressive politics and saving democracy, LGBTQIA+ rights, fiber arts, her family, and rescuing animals. She is on the board of Lancaster Farm Sanctuary.
