Ryan Woroniecki has over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. He built the DonorSearch partners program which includes service firms and technical relationships helping thousands of nonprofits prospect intelligently from within their CRM. He has expertise in relationship building, prospect research, analytics, and prospect management. He has served on the boards of APRA-MD, AFP-DC, The Giving Institute, and various committees. While Chair of Resource Development for The Giving USA Foundation, Ryan successfully solicited the largest undesignated gifts to the annual fund and oversaw the implementation of the organizations first CRM. Ryan has presented at AFP-ICON, an AFP Global webinar, APRA-International, and various professional association chapters across the country. Ryan is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree at NC State. When he is not working you can find him on the kickball field or in search of new sour beers.
