Rachel Earl is a CFRE and serves as the Chief Development Officer for St. Labre Indian School, an educational organization that cares for nearly 500 Northern Cheyenne and Crow children in southeastern Montana. She is responsible for overseeing all fundraising activities including direct response, major and planned giving on multiple channels and grant funding. She has been with St. Labre for 15 years and began her career there in the database department, quickly moving into a leadership role as the director of direct response fundraising and leading strategy, planning, budgeting, staff and driving results and revenue for the program. Prior to her philanthropic experience, Rachel worked in the financial and insurance industries. Rachel is well-respected by her peers and industry professionals alike, offering insightful and often non-traditional perspectives. She encourages out-of-the-box thinking and rarely passes up the opportunity to explore new ideas and methods of fundraising.
