Amanda Krauss is a passionate environmentalist and fundraiser, with more than 13 years of nonprofit experience. Currently with Sempervirens Fund, California’s oldest land trust protecting redwoods in the Santa Cruz mountains, Amanda leads the Tribute and Legacy Giving programs, working closely with those who want to honor special people and create a legacy for the future of redwoods. Amanda has developed a multi-channel, integrated communications plan that has effectively grown the Tribute and Legacy programs. To better understand donor needs and motivations, she worked with Tracy Malloy-Curtis at Mal Warwick Donordigital to hold multiple focus groups with high-value donors. Amanda has a CFRE and is an active member of NACGP, NCPGC, and AFP. She is passionate about connecting people to nature through birding and her art. Amanda has served on various environmental and visual arts boards throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
