Vice President, Direct Response

Tabitha is the Vice President of Direct Response at the USO where she creates and deploys fundraising strategies to acquire and cultivate relationships with supporters of the USO mission. Tabitha started her nonprofit career at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital where over two decades she built and led a team of 64 direct response fundraisers that raised more than $800 million in revenues a year. She continued her nonprofit journey as CEO of the Peer Power Foundation, an education nonprofit that has a national tutoring program for high school and college students. Tabitha was named NonProfit PRO’s Fundraiser of the Year, a Woman of Impact by the American Heart Association, and a Super Woman in Business by the Memphis Business Journal. Tabitha is an executive coach and an active volunteer in the Memphis community. She also serves on the Alzheimer’s Association Board of Directors, the Salvation Army Advisory Board, and the Leadership Memphis Board of Directors.
