Maranda Snyder Dykstra is the Senior Director of Individual Giving at Conservation International and oversees a growing Annual, Midlevel, and Planned Giving program raising over $6 million annually. She enjoys building and strengthening the donor pipeline and creating compelling donor journeys and experiences. She’s built her career in fundraising for the planet and prior to her current appointment at Conservation International, she served as a Midlevel Giving officer for World Wildlife Fund, raising $1 million annually through personal relationship-building and enhanced Midlevel strategies. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Master’s in Public and international Affairs. She is a proud rescue dog mom, soon-to-be human mom, and an aspiring foodie.
