Hispanics represent a huge growth market for non-profit organizations, making up nearly 20% of the population in the United States. Catholic Relief Services began focusing on this opportunity several years ago and has since grown their Hispanic Development team and their Hispanic donor pool exponentially with strategic outreach to the Hispanic community.
