Amanda Espitia is an Account Director with Concord Direct. With a career in fundraising at small nonprofits, Amanda knows all too well what it takes to wear multiple hats and work long hours, especially with a small team. It’s this resourcefulness, creativity, and innovation that has made her an amazing asset to Concord Direct’s clients. Amanda gravitated toward nonprofits as a way to make a difference on the issues that really mattered in her life. Spending almost 14 years as a Development Director, she always chose to work for organizations with missions she could be passionate about: foster care, education, domestic violence, environment, mental health, and theater arts. As she worked tirelessly to improve the world around her, she quickly learned that her skillset in development could empower staff to continue the good work of the mission.
