Madalyn Bach is the Development Director at The Rosewood Initiative, a place-based nonprofit in Portland, Oregon that serves as a resource hub for East Portlanders most impacted by systemic exclusion.
Rosewood’s work is built by fostering trusted relationships with community members, which inform the direction of their programs and advocacy. Guided by community need, they collaborate with local nonprofits and government bureaus to channel direct services and programs into Community Hub that offers curated resource navigation.
In addition to a rich background in fundraising work Madalyn’s past 18 years of experience include managing, analyzing, and improving the organization of city-wide programs to reduce barriers and provide better access to resources; program & partnership development, process analysis as well as leading initiatives to improve workplace best practices for government and non-profit agencies.
