Debbie Sylvester

For 26 years, Debbie Sylvester has been helping businesses and nonprofits to more efficiently utilize direct mail and postal services. She is seen as a go-to resource for navigating the complexities of postal regulations, postal rates and postal logistics. Prior to joining MailSmart she worked for Pitney Bowes Presort Services where she helped to develop their standard mail commingle program. She has always been an active member in our industry, serving as co-chair for the Philadelphia and Southeast PA Postal Customer Council, president of the Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association and a board member of the Mailing Systems Management Association and the Idealliance NY. Debbie’s passion is to dig into a data file and help clients uncover postal savings as well as delivery efficiencies for their direct mail campaigns.
