Meredith Weiss is the Director of Donor Engagement and Retention at the International Rescue Committee. Here she leads a team responsible for retention of donors including, sustainer, and mid-level giving programs. She has over ten years of experience leading fundraising teams, and a deep commitment to international relief. Meredith received her Master’s in Nonprofit Management from University of Central Florida and her undergraduate degree from Florida State University.
She currently resides in the Washington, DC area with her husband, two children, and black lab Bosco. In her spare time, she is an amateur potter.
